Rishikesh Series
by Patrick Daubard

Ardha Matsyendrâsana (Seated half-twist)
The Rishikesh series (from Swami Sivananda’s ashram) is a series of yoga postures that complement each other. It is an extremely complete workout for the whole body that takes around half an hour.
This teaching is directly inspired by André Van Lysebeth’s book “J’apprends le Yoga”.
Patrick Daubard was a direct student of Van Lysebeth. In 1972, at the age of 13, Patrick Daubard obtained his first certificate of participation in an international yoga seminar at the Yoga Intégral Institute founded and directed by André Van Lysebeth.
Through very precise teaching, for each posture, you will learn how to get into it, stay in it and get out of it.
