In an idyllic setting, right in the heart of the mountains, we welcome you to l’Hôtel Notre Maison for a Tummo Yoga retreat.
The retreat takes place in Vetan, in the Aosta Valley (Italy), over 5 days, within a structured framework.

This retreat is not a simple break from daily life.
For five days, you enter a precise, structured and demanding framework.
Cold exposure, breath and presence become the core of the work.
Gradually, your reference points shift:
the body adapts, attention stabilises, and the mind settles.
What initially feels uncomfortable becomes a space for exploration.
All exercises are progressive, tailored to each individual, and always optional.
In an atmosphere of solidarity, everyone works at their own pace.
Morning practices take place outdoors.
Afternoon and evening sessions are held in a heated indoor space.
The overall setting remains comfortable, outside of the practice periods which take place outdoors.
Commitment
This retreat requires real involvement.
It is not intended for those seeking comfort,
but for those willing to meet their limits and move through them.
The group supports this dynamic and anchors the process.
PRICING
Standard: €1,490
Early registration
€1,190 — for deposits received on or before 31 July 2026 (subject to remaining places)
€1,290 — for deposits received on or before 31 October 2026

Practical information
A 35% deposit is required to secure your place.
The applicable rate is determined by the date the deposit is received and the number of places remaining.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received and validated.
Places are intentionally limited.
