Introducing wellbeing into our lives doesn’t just mean putting one thing or another in place, nor is it about miraculous remedies (or formulas). It’s simply about a lifestyle in which we seek a balance in harmony with Mother Nature and with our own nature.
Of course, we thank (and applaud) medicine and science for looking after us, but we must also take responsibility for our own health.
The wellbeing of each and every one of us is linked to the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe and how we breathe it, physical exercise, contact with nature, human relationships, moderation, detachment and meditation, among other things…
