In an idyllic setting, right in the heart of the mountains, we welcome you to the Hotel Notre Maison for a Tummo Yoga workshop. The course takes place in Vetan in the Aosta Valley in Italy.

HOW TO GET THERE

1 – By car :

The reference is Aoste. Then Saint Pierre.
At Saint Pierre, leave the main road and start climbing towards Saint Nicolas.
Then Vetan is indicated on the signs.

Indications for those who will be passing through the Mont Blanc Tunnel:
Once in Italy, head towards Aosta as far as Saint Pierre.
If you have taken the motorway, take the first exit (Aosta) then head towards Saint-Pierre.

In winter, it’s best to get ‘all-weather’ tyres and have chains or socks in the boot.
But let’s remember all the same that the road is cleared every day by a snowplough,
right up to the car park in front of the hotel (where, incidentally, the road stops)!

GPS: Please note, there are 2 ‘Notre Maison’ Hotels in the Valle d’Aosta, so for the GPS itinerary, it’s best to put Vetan or else use this hotel Google Maps link directly:

2 – By train

to Chamonix, then by bus, from Chamonix to Aosta:

The hotel will then pick you up in Aosta (you just need to let them know in advance).

3 – Flixbus

e.g: Paris to Aoste

4 – Plane / train

By plane to Milan or Turin
Then by train from Milan or Turin to Aosta

5 – There is also a TGV from Paris to Turin.

Then by train from Turin to Aosta.

In the last 3 cases, the hotel will pick you up in Aosta (you just need to let them know in advance).

You will be able to sign up for the chat corresponding to your week as soon as your registration has been confirmed.
