Under the guidance of Patrick Daubard, with the greatest respect for the values taught by the MASTER for decades, adepts will familiarise themselves with the secrets of relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques (of Indian and Tibetan inspiration) in order to take full advantage of the transformative powers of this discipline and thus access its regenerative dimension (at physiological and energetic levels) and its subtleties of a spiritual nature.

In an idyllic setting, right in the heart of the mountains, we welcome you to l’Hôtel Notre Maison for a Tummo Yoga retreat.
The retreat takes place in Vetan in the Aosta Valley in Italy.

MORNING (Tummo)- Outdoor meditation, breathing, Pranayamas
- Breakfast
- Free time
- Meditative walk on snowshoes, in shorts
- Late morning: Bath in the pool (the water for the pool comes directly from the mountain)
- Lunch
AFTERNOON- Free time
- Yoga in heated room:
- Satsang (awareness)
- Asanas (postures)
- Study of Tummo breathing and visualisation techniques
- Yoga Nidra (Fridays only)
- Diner
EVENING (Monday to Thursday)- Bakti Yoga (meditation, singing, dance)
These retreat is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners
All morning activities are outdoors
All afternoon and evening classes are in a heated room
All exercises to adapt to the cold are obviously optional
In a supportive atmosphere, everyone works at their own pace and according to their ability.
For those who don’t speak French! An English interpreter will be available over these 2 weeks: from 08 to 14 February from 15 to 21 February.
